I don’t have all teh resources I usually use to identify plants handy, but I’d say it looks like feverfew, or possibly german chamomile. Just found your site and I’m looking forward to a lot of reading!

Kevin, this is definately Feverfew… I have it growing all over my backyard in California, and harvest it to boil into a tea. Tasty stuff, alot like chamomile.
